This online course provides you with basic knowledge and practice to kick-start your daily exercise routine. 


This online course provides you with fundamental basics to exercise for own application, for the purpose of overall health related fitness. You will be introduced to the benefits of exercise, safety precautions when performing you exercise routine as well as guidelines on appropriate attire and basic equipment. The main focus of the course will be on how to perform basic strength exercise techniques, that you can used in combination to train  your endurance, strength and flexibility.
