UPSISC 2022: Embracing the future

UPSI Strength & Conditioning Conference (UPSISC) is an annual event gathering sports science professionals and fitness enthusiast with special interest in the area of strength and conditioning. 

The 2022 will be the first time the event will be organized in hybrid mode (both face-to-face and online). 

 

For many strength and conditioning professionals and fitness enthusiast alike,  COVID-19 is a huge challenge in many ways. And thus, the theme of current conference is 'Embracing the Future". With COVID-19, the need for proper foundational understanding on exercise programming and its effect becomes more important. 

In order to provide more networking opportunities and support UPSI internationalization effort, UPSISC 22 are also welcoming UPSI international students from various field of study to participate in this conference and enrolled in Community Fitness course.

UPSISC 22 will be held online here in Virtual Arena at www.sigconditioning.com/upsisc with face-to-face sessions will be held at UPSI's Sultan Abdul Jalil Campus, Tanjung Malim, Perak
