Get Fit for Daily Function for Healthy Adults Age 40 Years Old.

Free community service. Every Wednesday 7.40am at Block 6, KSAS,  FSSKj, UPSI. Please bring an exercise towel and drinking water to the session. An exercise mat is also encouraged.

Basic Assessment

Anthropometry

Body weight, standing height, sitting heighthead, neck, chest, arm flexed, forearm, wrist, waist, hip, thigh, and calf measurements.

Movement

Movement competency screening for strength training: squat, lunge & twist, bend & pull, push-up, and single leg squat. Trainer's scoring sheet.

Fitness

6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT)

Sit-to-Stand Test

2-Minute Step Test

1-Minute Snatch Hear Rate Test

Energy Balance

Energy balance and  nutritional intake assessment by qualified nutritionist.
